It was a luxurious course full of seasonal flavors✨️

[Appetizer] Homemade Tofu
It's designed to be squeezed out yourself, like tokoroten, and is soft and chewy with a subtle soybean sweetness.
The ginger and green onion garnishes add a refreshing touch.

[Entree] The tomato jelly has a juicy, sweet and tart flavor, creating a refreshing summer sensation✨️
The walnut jelly combines the fragrant aroma of walnuts with a touch of Japanese flavor.
The star-shaped mozuku seaweed jelly is smooth and refreshing.
The sweet and sour scampi was delicious with its sticky sweetness and plump texture. 💕
The golden cheese was rich, almost like a Japanese cheesecake.
The thick omelet, branded with a subtle sweetness, was plump. ☺️
The refreshing red zuiki and white vinegar, along with the beautiful tezuna sushi, were also not to be missed.

All 10 dishes were elaborately prepared and exceptionally beautiful to look at. ✨️
Each dish was bite-sized and easy to eat, beautifully colored, making it a truly jewel-like appetizer. 💕

[Sakiwan] Soft-shelled Turtle Soup Pie Wrap
When you break open the fluffy, baked pie, the aroma of the piping hot, refined broth spreads, and the generous amount of soft-shelled turtle meat inside warms you from the inside out.
The rich soup and the fragrant pie were a perfect match. ☺️

[Sashimi] Recommended Five-Kind Platter
Flounder: Firm and chewy, yet lightly flavored.
Bluefin Tuna: Fatty and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
Tachiuo (Sea bream): Lightly seared for an added aroma.

Golden eye snapper: The skin has a refined fat content and a rich sweetness.

Raw octopus: The firm texture, even the suckers, is complemented by the aroma of the sea.

The soy sauce is surprisingly clear!
The depth of flavor enhances the deliciousness of the sashimi. ✨

[Grilled dish] Salt-grilled sweetfish
Served fresh from the grill.
The exquisite saltiness and soft texture of the meat are impressive, and the whole thing is fragrant, savory, and delicious.
The presentation of the sweetfish, arranged on top of bamboo leaves with ice inside, is both refreshing and a feast for the eyes. 💗
Serving it in a tadezu tray adds a special touch.

[Cold bowl] Summer vegetable and chickpea sauce
The mellow and rich sauce pairs perfectly with summer vegetables.
The eggplant is tender and melts in your mouth, combining perfectly with the sweetness of the crab and figs!
The winter melon is also well-seasoned, making for a delightfully cool dish.

[Main Dish] Roasted Kawachi Duck
The skin is fragrant and the meat is moist and juicy.
The sweet and sour raspberry sauce adds a nice accent, perfectly matching the rich duck meat. 💕
The accompanying lotus root chips and paprika add a touch of color and a delightful texture.

[Recommended Five Nigiri Sushi]
Kue: Sticky and chewy with a refined flavor.
Chutoro: The sweetness of the melting fat fills your mouth.
Sillago: The subtle aroma of plum flesh and shiso leaves is refreshing.
Unagi: Freshly grilled and fragrant, the eel is perfectly coated with the sauce and is absolutely delicious.
Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe Gunkan: A luxurious combination of creamy sea urchin and crunchy salmon roe!
The exquisite preparation and balance of flavors in each piece is truly impressive, and the experience deepens with each bite. ☺️

The rich broth brings the meal to a satisfying close.

[Dessert] Takara Farm Freshly Squeezed Soft Serve Ice Cream
Rich and milky.
Topped with warabi mochi (starch mochi), tsubuan (bean paste), and even a rich cheesecake, it's a truly luxurious meal!
The smooth combination of the soft serve ice cream and the chewy warabi mochi is irresistible. 💗
The cheesecake is rich and not too sweet, making it the perfect pairing with tea.
