The appetizer was conger eel soup, grilled sea bass, and golden-eyed snapper.
The dessert was matcha,
with chestnut-filled mochi and Shine Muscat grapes.
The presentation was beautiful, a feast for the eyes as well.

Breakfast was served
from the glass-fronted lounge...
With Mount Fuji spreading out below, eating with this view was a real treat.

The floral arrangements on the floor, the pine sofas, and more...it was sophisticated and lovely.
