The first floor features an "exhibition area" where you can learn about the history and culture of Nihondaira.

The second floor features a "lounge space" where you can relax and enjoy the view.
The third floor features an "observation deck."

From the observation corridor, which is approximately 200 meters in circumference,
you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Mount Fuji, Suruga Bay, Miho no Matsubara, and more.

The Digital Tower towers in the middle of the corridor, Shizuoka's television broadcasting transmitter.
