Chongfu Temple, Shuozhou.

Chongfu Temple in Shuozhou is a historic Buddhist temple that was first built in the second year of the Linde period of the Tang Dynasty (665) by Yu Chi Jingde, Duke of E. The temple faces south and has five courtyards and ten main halls, with a total area of 23,520 square meters. The main hall of Chongfu Temple is the Amitabha Hall, which was built in the third year of the Huangtong period of the Jin Dynasty (1143) and is one of the three most complete existing buildings from the Liao and Jin Dynasties in China. The plaques, statues, murals, carved doors and windows, and glazed ridge decorations of the Amitabha Hall are known as the "Five Wonders of the Jin Dynasty". The statues and murals in the hall are of great artistic value.
