Lulin Lake, also known as East Lake, is located in the Lulin Basin of Donggu, Lushan District, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, at an altitude of 1,040 meters. From Huanglong Temple, a winding stone staircase ascends for about 20 minutes to Lulin Bridge. Dense forests shade the sun, and towering trees provide a refreshing coolness on summer days.

The 30-meter-high Lulin Bridge, a bridge-dam structure, forms a lake, a mirror-like reflection of luminous jade set amidst a lush valley, beautifully framed by misty clouds. Winter is said to offer even more breathtaking scenery, as the trees along the lakeside are blanketed in rime, creating a magnificent spectacle that attracts many visitors.
