📅 Travel Itinerary For a tri

📅 Travel Itinerary

For a trip, you should purchase a minimum 3-day ticket worth USD 62.
It seems like you'll have a truly authentic Siem Reap experience.
And definitely book a tuk-tuk motorbike.
(※You can book at your hotel. Same-day reservations are available.)

On average, you can book a tuk-tuk motorbike for USD 18 per day at your hotel. This is essential for independent travel.

And tipping a tuk-tuk driver USD 3-5 is a great way to show loyalty. I averaged USD 4.
A tip of USD 5 is considered royal, but it probably doesn't mean much.

$5 is the amount you'd give if they kept taking pictures, holding your umbrella, and giving you 100 ice water bottles.^^

Day 1: You'll be touring the most challenging and extensive sections.
Day 2: You'll be touring a slightly more relaxed section. Day 3: 3 longer routes, over 20km, are ideal.

And if you have time, take a day off in between. You'll get sore.

🏨 Accommodation Recommendation: If possible, choose a downtown area with lots of restaurants and a swimming pool.
🍴 Restaurant Recommendation: You'll get sick of Khmer food after just one day. Just eat it for one day.

📌 Useful Tip: The prices in Siem Reap are similar to those of budget restaurants in the US, and the food is disappointing.
And most restaurants don't have air conditioning.
This is driving me crazy.
If possible, download the Grab app in advance and have food delivered to your cool hotel room.
It's still expensive.

Also, only tip in US dollars.
All stores accept US dollars, so you don't have to exchange currency.

Have a nice trip.
