Exceptional Weekend at Zannier

My closest friend and I spent a weekend at the Zannier, and we both consider it among our top three hotel experiences ever (after staying in many hotels over the years). It looks even more stunning than in photographs and is excellently located. We could easily explore several nearby temples, Tonle Sap lake, and the Old Market in Siem Reap. The standout feature is the service and the thoughtfulness invested in the place. Each detail appears carefully chosen and perfectly curated. The staff are always prepared to assist with any issues and are extremely accommodating with any activity you wish to undertake. They arranged a delightful tour of Tonle Sap with just two hours' notice when we unexpectedly had more energy upon arrival. We casually mentioned at reception that we were considering exploring Siem Reap later that evening, just as we were heading to dinner. At 9pm, while we were leisurely preparing, the reception phoned to confirm if we still wanted to go since their standby tuk tuk driver typically went home at that time. After a few nights, we were greeted by name, which really impressed us with the attentive service. It's the finishing touch on a property that seems straight out of a fairytale. The only small issue I faced was with the pool. It was beautiful, and the cabanas very comfortable, but the water was nearly too warm, which was slightly disappointing when trying to cool off during a hot day. Still, that's a tiny drawback for an otherwise fantastic experience. We're eager to return! It's very family friendly, a delightful enclosed area that was great for running around, and the food was superb.
