Best fluffy pancakes in Singapore

This restaurant is famous for their fluffy pancakes made from Hinata eggs and handmade from scratch. If you plan to dine here, make sure you’re not in a rush because each pancake dish will take around 20 to 30 minutes to make as the chef cooks them on the spot. You can choose from the sweet menu or savoury menu. I went for the eggs benedict option and it was delicious! The hollandaise sauce was amazing too. Prices on the menu aren’t cheap though so you’re really paying for quality.

The ambience here is quite lovely. If you come in the day, the skylight above lights up the restaurant and in the evening, warm lights suspended above the tables creates a soothing atmosphere. All in all, a very enjoyable dinner night out to bring your friends and family to!
