Mitsuba restaurant at The Central offers a buffet dinner that sushi lovers can’t resist. The quality and variety of the sushi were impressive, with fresh sashimi, nigiri, and hand rolls prepared to perfection. The spread also includes delicious tempura, grilled skewers, and Japanese favourites like chawanmushi.

The atmosphere was casual yet inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. Service was efficient, and our plates were never empty. For a sushi buffet in Singapore that balances variety with quality, Mitsuba is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended!
