Getting There - By Public Transport: Take the MRT Circle Line or Downtown Line to Bayfront MRT Station. Use Exit B to access the underground linkway. Follow the path to cross either the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into the Gardens.
If you’re driving, you can enter the Bayfront Plaza Car Park via Marina Boulevard. There are several parking options available, including spaces for electric vehicles.
Attractions – As you enter the gardens, you’re greeted by the towering Supertree Grove, a collection of futuristic tree-like structures that soar up to 16 stories high. These vertical gardens are not just visually stunning; they also serve a functional purpose, harnessing solar energy and collecting rainwater.
The Flower Dome and Cloud Forest are two of the main conservatories that house a diverse range of plant species from around the world. The Flower Dome, with its cool, dry climate, showcases a stunning array of flowers and plants from Mediterranean regions, while the Cloud Forest features a misty, tropical environment complete with a breathtaking indoor waterfall. Walking through these conservatories feels like stepping into different worlds, each with its own unique flora and ambiance.
For those seeking a moment of tranquility, the Heritage Gardens offer a serene escape, featuring themed areas that reflect the cultural heritage of Singapore’s diverse communities. Each garden tells a story, from the Indian Garden’s spices to the Chinese Garden’s medicinal plants, providing a rich tapestry of history and culture.
