Ratatouille Galettes from gather Shop

First time trying galettes and i love it! Thin savoury crepes with cheese, runny eggs on the centre, stewed roma tomato, zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers and gruyere. They have sweet crepes on the menu, really interested to try it next time. Also love the vintage minimalist decoration.
