Great stay except for breakfast experience

Picked this spot to burn off my D$ - sgd60 cash outlay is not bad right? 🍀

I was lucky to stay post-reno when the rooms and Momentus Club are new-ish and departures from its former Park Hotel life. A great start already! 🎊

As a Titanium, I was upgraded from a Deluxe Queen to a Club Queen (2-tier) and accorded access to the Momentus Club yay! The room itself indeed feels new and has all the modern fittings one would need, including plenty of charging points and drinking water on tap for sustainability reasons. 👍

Momentus Club on level 19 was a great spot to chillax in and the cosy space was not overcrowded even during evening cocktails from 6-8pm. Small hot bites and the quintessential cold cuts/cheese aside, the alcohol selection was decent with wines, Prosecco, and offers a rather refreshing Momentus Lager which is a collab with local brewery 1925 🍺

Breakfast at Veranda Rooftop Rotisserie was a chaotic scene of staff and guests and was not a spot you want to stay long in - food was also only so-so too. Confusion also arose when I was told breakfast was not included for me when I booked direct and should enjoy it as part of my Titanium benefit. It was eventually sorted out but quite an unnecessary miscommunication 🤦🏻♀️

Otherwise great service from Sulfri and Faizal from the front desk, and Ivan from Momentus Club - all 3 of them made sure I had a comfortable stay ⭐️

They just need to sort out the breakfast mess 😆
