Lobster seafood joint at Jewel Changi

Having heard much about this restaurant, we decided try it out for ourselves! There wasn’t much seating space to begin with so seems like the restaurant mostly caters to the takeout crowd.

But wow, the serving of lobster in our lobster roll was amazingly generous. It was also cooked pretty well and wasn’t rubbery or chewy. The brioche roll was soft and buttery. Do be prepared to fork out a hefty amount for a not-very-filling meal though.

My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
