Climate change is one of the biggest issues our generation have to face, and every business has to bear a commitment towards sustainability. One cocktail bar sworn to do so, and designed a menu focused entirely on sustainably-sourced ingredients and superfoods. 🌺

The sister concept to @nativebarsg, Analogue is making waves - literally. Check out their 1600kg 3D-printed counter top that is made entirely out of discarded plastics and shaped like an ocean! 🌊

They have an unbelievably creative menu for both cocktails and food, strictly using plant-based ingredients only. We got their 𝗖𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝘀, which is made out of Mezcal, dragon fruit, aloe vera and prickly pear. It has a sharp smoky taste with a slight hint of syrup. The side of the glass is also covered with Tajín salt, which gives off an extra spicy kick! 🌵 We know excessive drinking is bad, but damn, they certainly know how to make it feel healthy!
