The Ritz-Carlton Singapore｜Unbeatable Views and Decent Service

In June, I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore during a transit stop. This Ritz-Carlton is not part of the Marriott Bonvoy program, so no points could be earned 🥲. In the end, I booked through Trip.com.

The room was pretty standard and indeed a bit dated, but the facilities were well maintained. The size was about 50 square meters, and it was quite comfortable to stay in 🛏️.

The view was truly unbeatable! I specifically chose the Marina Bay View room type, and the view was stunning both day and night 🌆. Just coming back from London, looking out the window really gave me a feeling of returning to civilization 😂.

As for service, the front desk check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room cleaning was also done quite thoroughly 🧹. However, there was a small hiccup: I had paid a deposit, but hotel charges could not be put on the room account. When I asked the staff, they said it was a hotel policy issue, which felt a bit strange, but overall it didn’t affect the stay experience 🙆‍♀️.

If it’s for the unbeatable Marina Bay view, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. If you usually stay at Marriott but aren’t particularly obsessed with earning points, you can give it a try 📍✨.
