The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore – Unbeatable Bay View

The Ritz-Carlton, which does not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy program, is located in Singapore. This Ritz-Carlton hotel is situated at Marina Bay, adjacent to the MO, and I believe it is the best spot to enjoy Singapore’s night view, day or night.

Rooms: In space-scarce Singapore, hotels with such spacious rooms are rare. The room decor is exquisitely luxurious, with wood and gold accents perfectly embodying the "old money" style. The iconic octagonal window is right in the bathroom, paired with the infinity view of Marina Bay at night—definitely a great place for photos and check-ins! The bedding is also very comfortable.

Public Areas: The lobby’s decor is very Ritz, full of vintage charm and an "old money" atmosphere. The hotel has a covered walkway connecting to the adjacent mall, which is very practical in Singapore’s year-round heat. Facilities like the pool and spa are all available but feel somewhat dated compared to the newest luxury hotels.

Dining: I haven’t experienced it this time, but every time I pass by the restaurant, it’s packed with people, indicating it’s very popular among locals.

Service: Although I couldn’t fully enjoy the Titanium Elite benefits, the front desk was very thoughtful to allow us a late checkout until 3 PM after knowing our flight was later the next day! Before leaving, they even let us use the spa showers before heading to the airport, which was very considerate. The doormen and lobby staff were also very warm, with genuine welcoming expressions in their eyes.

Overall: An excellent location at Marina Bay with unbeatable views, combined with the Ritz-Carlton brand guarantee. If you want to stop over in Singapore for two days, I think this is the best choice besides Raffles and Capella.
