Good Eats, Cool Vibes, but Service Could Use a Boost at Vineyard HortPark

Vineyard at HortPark provides a nice setting for lunch, especially on a Friday when I tried their lunch set. The food was generally good — well-prepared and flavorful, offering a satisfying meal. The menu has a variety of options that cater to different tastes, making it a solid choice for a casual dining experience in the green surroundings of HortPark.

That said, the service left a little to be desired. While efficient, the staff seemed somewhat detached and less engaged than expected. The overall vibe was a bit nonchalant, which made the experience feel less warm and inviting than it could have been. With a bit more attentiveness and personable interaction, the service could better match the quality of the food and the pleasant ambiance of the place.

In summary, Vineyard at HortPark is worth a visit for its food and setting, but there’s room for improvement in customer service to make it a more memorable dining experience.
