Delicious hotpot night

We visited ANDES by Astons at IMM on a Saturday night, and the place was absolutely packed with diners. The first hiccup came when we tried to scan the QR code to order—mobile signal was too weak inside the restaurant. After several failed attempts, we ended up queuing at the counter to order manually, which kind of defeated the purpose of the digital system.
Food took a while to arrive, likely due to the crowd and what seemed like limited kitchen staff, but we appreciated that the servers remained calm, patient, and friendly throughout.
In terms of taste, the food was solid and lived up to the Astons brand—no complaints on the quality or flavor. However, we did notice that prices at ANDES seemed a bit steeper than the usual Astons outlets, which made us question the value a little.
Overall, it was a decent dinner with reliable Western fare, but the ordering process and long wait times took away from the experience. Would recommend visiting on a less busy day if you’re after a smoother dining experience.
