The Ye Shengtao Memorial Hall is located in Ye Shengtao Park, Luzhi Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, west of Baosheng Temple. It was built on the site of the former Wuxian No. 5 High School, where Ye Shengtao taught from 1917 to 1922. After his death, local authorities rebuilt several parts of the former campus to create the Ye Shengtao Memorial Hall.

The Ye Shengtao Memorial Hall is a base for moral education and patriotism education in schools in Jiangsu Province. In March 2019, the former teaching site of the Ye Shengtao Memorial Hall, along with his tomb, was designated a Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.
