Tucked away in the heart of Chinatown, Chengdu Ziwei Grilled Fish seriously delivers when it comes to authentic Chengdu-style flavours. We came here craving bold spice, and we were not disappointed. The grilled fish was the star—tender, fresh, and beautifully soaked in rich, aromatic broth. We’ve tried both the mala and garlic versions, and honestly, it’s hard to pick a favourite—they were both outstanding.

The chili chicken was another highlight: super crispy with just the right kick. Even the side dishes impressed—flavourful, not greasy, and very fresh. Service was spot on too—fast, friendly, and always checking in without being overbearing.
