I can honestly say it was worth the wait! The legendary Queic by Olivia cheesecake 🧀, a Michelin-starred cheesecake from Singapore, is so delicious you can tell from the first bite. Olivia's Signature cheesecake is soft and smooth with a slight crunch at the base. The cheese is smooth, creamy, and rich, not too sweet. It's so enjoyable to eat, not at all greasy. I finished it in no time. I could say it's the most delicious cheesecake I've ever had. This time, I also tried the Dubai Chocolate, which was absolutely delicious. The chocolate base is perfectly sweet, with a slight bitterness from the dark chocolate. It goes well with the flavor of the pistachio sauce. I love the crunchy kunafa noodles, topped with crushed pistachios, and the melted chocolate cream cheese. This flavor is a perfect balance of flavors. I initially thought I'd prefer the Original, but after trying this one, I couldn't decide—both are delicious. If you're going, I highly recommend getting both flavors.
