V Hotel Bencoolen: Comfort and Convenience in the Heart of Bugis.

A couple of months ago, I had a business trip to Singapore and stayed at V Hotel Bencoolen, conveniently located near my workplace. This modest hotel sits in the bohemian Bugis arts district, right next to Bencoolen MRT station, just a 5-minute walk from the National Museum of Singapore and about 10 minutes from Bugis Street.

The streamlined room with vibrant decor, clean and comfy and well-appointed, offered free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, minifridge, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A breakfast buffet (available for a fee) is served in an airy French/Mediterranean restaurant featuring halal cuisine and a terrace.

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Other amenities include a garden and an outdoor pool, which was a relaxing way to unwind after work.

During my free time, I loved exploring Bugis Street, which is packed with eateries, shops, and malls. I managed to shop for some souvenirs and indulge in lots of delicious local food.
