What impressed me most on the Celebrity Solstice wasn’t just the comfort — it was the endless list of activities.
There’s literally something happening every hour, from morning yoga to late-night shows. Each day, a printed schedule of events is delivered to your cabin so you never miss a thing.
🎭 Entertainment & Facilities
Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fully equipped gym, and a spa.
A kids’ club offering up to nine hours of supervised fun daily.
A glass-blowing studio, where you can craft your own souvenir art.
On the top deck, the Lawn Club features real grass, perfect for open-air movies under the stars 🌌 — Celebrity Cruises is the only line that offers this.
In the ship’s central atrium hangs a real tree, floating in mid-air and blurring the boundary between sea and land.
Every corner of the ship feels like a blend of art, nature, and imagination.
🏝️ Shore Excursions
This route stopped at Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, and Vung Tau in Vietnam, plus Pattaya and Koh Samui in Thailand. The views were stunning, but Southeast Asian ports can be quite far from city centers, and some even charge additional entry fees for pickup drivers — probably the only downside of this voyage.
Still, the onboard experience easily outweighed these minor inconveniences.
So if you’re ready to leave land behind and spend your days surrounded by endless blue water, the Celebrity Solstice is your gateway to a true ocean utopia.
