Perched on the top of Marina Bay Sands Hotel, CÉ LA VI Skybar & Restaurant is one of the few restaurants that offer glorious views of the city skylines from up above! It has outdoor seating which is very popular, so definitely make your reservations way in advance to secure a seat here.

We ordered a few dishes to try and all of them had an element of fusion or twist in them. The rice porridge had fragrant truffle in it, the cauliflower had black garlic and celeriac purée infused in the sauce and the salmon came with lemongrass flavoured foam. Pretty interesting!
