On our way back from our coastal getaway, we made a sweet little detour to YIHO Bakehouse, tucked in the heart of Kampung Koh, Sitiawan — and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip.
The café is cozy and modern, offering a wide selection of beautifully made cakes, pastries, and warm mains like aglio olio and chicken cordon bleu. We tried their signature Crème Brûlée Bun and Pandan Kaya Cheesecake — both light, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Perfect with a cup of coffee or their popular pearl milk tea.
The ambience is laid-back, with tasteful decor and plenty of seating, making it a great spot to relax before continuing our journey north. Service was friendly, and we appreciated that it’s halal-certified, so everyone could enjoy it without worry.
If you’re passing through Sitiawan, YIHO Bakehouse is definitely worth the stop — whether for a proper meal or just a quick pastry fix. It’s that rare combo of comfort, quality, and a little local charm.
