If you are looking for a winter tourist destination in China that feels like you have entered a fairy tale world, I would like to recommend Snowtown (Xuexiang 雪乡), a romantic snow village in Heilongjiang Province, famous for its soft snow like "soft cream" and wooden houses covered in thick snow, making you dream. 🌨️

🚌 We traveled from Harbin to Snowtown
by using the Snowvalley Village bus service, which is convenient and safe, and takes about 5-6 hours.
✅ Fare: approximately 665 baht/trip (per person)
📍 There are both pick-up points in Harbin city and pick-up points at some hotels.

🏡 Stay at Snowvalley Village
Although Snowvalley is a little far from Snowtown, the atmosphere is quieter and there are fewer tourists. It is suitable for those who want to experience the beauty of nature up close. There are traditional Chinese-style homestays with heating in the rooms. The staff are lovely and take good care of you. ☃️

🧣 The atmosphere is like a Chinese retro movie with shops, restaurants, and beautiful lights at night.

🎿 There are activities to do such as sledding, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.

📌 Recommendation

If you want to avoid a lot of tourists, try staying at Snowvalley Village and take a car to Snowtown for only about 30 minutes.

Prepare warm clothes because the temperature can drop to -20 degrees.

The snow here is beautiful all winter, especially from December to February.
