Cheongchosu Mulhoe, the Ultimate Taste

I went to Cheongchosu Mulhoe in Sokcho for a late lunch! I arrived a little after 2 PM on a Saturday and was able to get in without waiting.

The mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) looked absolutely stunning. Is there any other place that serves such a generous portion of mulhoe? The seafood was overflowing...

We ordered mulhoe for two, one hoe-deopbap (raw fish rice bowl), and one squid sundae (stuffed squid).

For the mulhoe, mix it well and add some somyeon (thin noodles) to enjoy. For the hoe-deopbap, mix it thoroughly with the sauce provided.

The hoe-deopbap was incredibly delicious. And the apple in the mulhoe was just so, so tasty... Could it be because it’s from Goseong?
