I had the chance to try the corn bingsu at Chodang Coffee Mill in Sokcho. On a warm day, I was in desperate need of a refreshing dessert, and the corn bingsu perfectly met my expectations. The bingsu was generously topped with fresh corn and rich corn cream, creating a flavor that was both rich and smooth.
