Recently, many residence-type hotels have been built in Sokcho~ Among them, I used Urban Stay Sokcho Beach~ There are 2 Urban Stays in Sokcho, so you should definitely check the address-!
The place I stayed was Sokcho Beach right in front of the Sokcho Ferris Wheel~ It's right in front of Sokcho Beach, so it's a really good place to walk along the beach in the evening- If the beach is far, you don't go out and it's annoying~ Since it's right in front, it's really accessible! Since it's a residence-type hotel, simple cooking utensils and dishes were well-equipped. Looking at the ocean with the Ferris wheel, I think that Sokcho is really changing a lot~ It's amazing how tourism is developing more and more~ Sokcho Urban Stay is very close to Cheongchohorangdo, so it was easy to access Sokcho raw fish restaurants. The parking lot is a bit small, so I recommend going early on the weekends. There were so many people that I waited longer than expected for check-in.
