THIS BISTRO IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING CALLED THE CIKAJANG

I had been keeping an eye on this place before it even opened

This bistro is located in a building called The Cikajang. Bistrogram is easy to find because it's at the front. There will be other tenants here in the future.

The space isn’t very large but is quite spacious. There’s a small outdoor/smoking area at the back.

The staff here are very kind and friendly. Good, which makes dining here even more enjoyable.

The menu features fusion Indonesian and Western cuisine. I ordered mangut salmon. Unusual, right? Usually, mangut is made with catfish, but this one uses salmon and it works well. The salmon is fresh, without any fishy smell or bones, and cooked perfectly. The best part is the crispy skin. The cherry tomatoes were tasty too. It’s a shame there wasn’t much sauce, though it would have been great with rice. Oh, and they did provide a bowl of white rice.
