It's finally getting warmer, and cherry blossoms are forecast to start blooming in the next week of so around Korea.

I’ve had the privilege of personally witnessing 14 magical cherry blossom seasons in Korea.

And while each spring has been slightly different in timing and length, the one thing that doesn’t change is that I’m always awestruck by their fragile beauty.

Most people stay in Seoul or surrounding area, but some of the absolute best cherry blossoms are in places less visited. If you want to see something truly spectacular, head down to Gurye or Hadong for literally km and km of pink trees.
