Traveling in Seoul, sometimes the most memorable trips are not the big landmarks, but the "little coincidences" that make you smile. 💛

Cafe Knotted Anguk is one of those coincidences.

On a rainy day in Seoul, we strolled leisurely through Anguk. While holding an umbrella, looking for a warm cafe, we came across a small shop with a Smiley sign outside... The atmosphere was so cute we had to stop in!

• Original Donuts – The first bite was fragrant, soft, and melted in your mouth with the perfect amount of sweetness.
• Hot Cocoa – On a cold, rainy day, drinking hot cocoa with a donut was so perfect! ☕🤍

Actually, this shop has many flavors of donuts. We had strawberry, chocolate, matcha, etc., but we loved simplicity, so we chose the Original, which turned out to be the best! 🥰

The entire shop is decorated with Smiley symbols everywhere, from the door, counter, to the paper bags. Every corner is so cute!

• Go early when there aren't many people, and there's a discount promotion. (We went at 9:30, and the shop was already open, and the prices were even better in the afternoon.)
• If you're visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace or Bukchon Hanok Village, you can stop by here. It's very close.
• If you go in the afternoon or on a weekend, the line might be long. Make sure to allow extra time.
