The community environment is beautiful, with a sea view at the front line (although it was rainy when I went 😭),
but you can enjoy the sea view by simply opening the window on sunny days.
The community is shaded with green trees, like a park-style living environment.
The air is fresh, with a very high negative oxygen ion content, making it perfect for wellness.
⚠️ Importantly, the community’s facilities are also very complete.
There are independent old houses, assisted living units, and professional nursing facilities,
which can meet the needs of different age groups and health conditions.
The continuous care service by the housekeeper is very thoughtful, providing timely help for both daily life and health management.
The five-star property service made me, who stayed only two days,
feel like a valued guest 👏🏻
The canteen in the community is also a big highlight, with an average cost of just 30+ RMB 💰,
where you can taste many delicious dishes, all with great flavors 😁

The community is only a 10-minute walk from the beach to Blue Moon Beach, with many beautiful photo spots 📷

⭕️ All sports facilities in the community are free to use, including table tennis, badminton, tennis courts, billiards, mahjong tables, and more.

🚗 Transportation guide:
1) There is a shuttle bus from Guomao with round-trip tickets costing 120 RMB, including a canteen meal voucher, and the one-way trip takes 3.5 hours.
2) You can also take a train to Dongdaihe Station or drive there yourself.
At Dongdaihe Shanhai Tongwan, you can really slow down
and enjoy a leisurely life.
Everything here makes me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed.
