I visited Higashi-Mukojima Coffee-ten on a quiet weekday afternoon, and it was the perfect place to unwind. This small, cozy coffee shop has a calm and peaceful vibe, making it one of my favorite spots to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I’ve been here several times because the atmosphere is so inviting, and the combination of delicious sweets and coffee always hits the spot.

This time, I ordered the Hanjuku Castella Pandero (soft, semi-raw sponge cake) and an Iced Milk Tea. The pandero was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with the iced milk tea, which was refreshingly smooth, it was the perfect treat to enjoy on a relaxing afternoon.
