We were very excited when this café opened in Pakuwon Mall, just a step away from our Airbnb. What's amazing here is that you can enjoy fluffy, jiggling pancakes, similar to the famous Flipper's, at just half or even one-third of the price. The pancakes are really fluffy and not too sweet; you can adjust the sweetness by adding syrup or other toppings like ice cream.

What we love about Pan&Co is that you will be spoiled for choice. There are plenty of options from sweet to savory, including bubble tea drinks and a Western menu with items like pasta and hamburg steak. The place is very cozy too. The only downside was that food preparations could be improved; it took them 45 minutes to prepare the hamburg steak, but it's understandable as they're newly opened.

My wish for 2024 is to savor the best fluffy pancakes in Tokyo.
