I recently visited Surabaya, and it was a delightful experience! As Indonesia’s second-largest city, Surabaya offers a fascinating mix of culture, history, and modern attractions.

One of the highlights was exploring the House of Sampoerna, a museum dedicated to the history of clove cigarettes in Indonesia, which gave me a unique insight into the local culture. The architecture and ambiance of the place were really captivating.

I also enjoyed strolling through Taman Bungkul, a beautiful park that provides a nice escape from the bustling city. It was a great place to relax and enjoy some local street food.

The city’s culinary scene is fantastic! I indulged in delicious local dishes, especially the Rawon, a flavorful beef soup that was a true highlight of my trip.

The friendly locals and vibrant atmosphere made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Surabaya is a dynamic city that beautifully blends tradition and modernity. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore a lively and welcoming destination in Indonesia!
