[Nagano Prefecture] Enjoy delicious soba at a popular restaurant!

This is a popular authentic Shinshu soba restaurant near Lake Suwa. They use buckwheat flour from Yatsugatake. Apparently they even welcomed the Emperor and presented him with soba in 1964. The wooden interior of the restaurant was a purely Japanese-style space. I got the impression that most customers ordered tempura and zaru. The smooth soba and crispy tempura were excellent. The road to the restaurant and the parking lot are a bit narrow, so please be careful if you come by car.
