We took about 27mins of train to travel from slightly out of city towards city center just to arrive to this place. Surprisingly, there was not many people around and probably people are mostly inside the big shopping mall around this building.

We notice those that visited this place are mostly kneel down and pointing their camera upwards just to capture this beauty all in one picture. I would say it is worth it though looks weird for kneeling down around the street.

Psst! If you wish to see this building from a far, I would suggest you to go to Picturesque just about 15-20mins train away from this place!
