It takes about 25 minutes by bullet train from Shanghai Station to Suzhou Station.
You can buy your Shinkansen ticket outside and then go inside.
You need a passport.
It's big and difficult to find the ticket booth, so it's better to buy your ticket in advance on Trip.com.
