ππ2025 Company Spring Team Building Goals! Suzhou Xishan Island 3 Days and 2 Nights Camping and Cycling Guide ποΈπ΄βοΈ
(Before the main text, here's a nine-grid photo collage full of atmosphere! βΊοΈπ
π’)
"The capitalist boss is finally acting like a human!!" This was my first reaction when I saw the itinerary π
In previous years, team building either involved eating at farmhouses that cost CNY 200 per person or climbing bald mountains.
This year, they actually splurged and took us to a secret campsite on Suzhou's Xishan Island βΌοΈ
Taihu Lake cycling + stargazing barbecue + open-air cinema + sunrise yoga...
The working class finally experienced a healing trip like those seen on TV shows β¨
π [Itinerary Overview]
β° Time: 3 days and 2 nights (depart Friday, return Sunday)
π Transportation: Company chartered bus, 2.5 hours direct from Shanghai
π Accommodation: Lakeside luxury tent camp (with private bathroom!)
π° Average cost: The admin assistant secretly said the boss spent CNY 4k+/person
πΏ [Day 1: Escape from the City Plan Starts]
15:00 Arrived at the camp and was immediately stunnedβ20 pure white tents like clouds falling at the foot of the tea mountain. Each tent door was hung with employee name tags + welcome bouquets. The admin department really put their heart into it this time π
16:00 The icebreaker game was actually a "Wilderness Chef Showdown"! 6-person groups drew lots to receive ingredient packages. The group next door drew the beggar chicken set and laughed like crazy π
19:30 The main event is the starry sky barbecue party β¨ The camp set up a giant bonfire, the boss personally roasted a whole lamb, and the CFO transformed into a DJ. It turns out that the usually serious colleagues are all hidden social butterflies after work!
π [Day 2: Around the Lake Cycling, 30km Walk]
7:00 Woke up to the sound of birds and colleagues who participated in sunrise yoga took beautiful photos of the morning glow (the ones who slept in regretted it so much π)
9:30 Start cycling around Taihu Lake! Professional-grade mountain bikes + custom cycling apparel. Along the way, we passed Mingyue Bay Ancient Village and Piaomiao Peak, with supply stations every 5km (freshly ground coffee is enough β)
15:00 Hidden copyβancient tea picking experience! Carrying bamboo baskets in the Biluochun tea garden as tea-picking girls, and we even got to drink the tea we picked in the evening. It was 100 times better than Starbucks π΅
π [Day 3: Leave Your Soul in the Lake and Mountains]
Wake up naturally and participate in a handmade workshop. I chose a blue tie-dye scarf, and the Taihu stone aromatherapy diffuser made by the design department boss was simply divine π¨
Strongly recommend these fairy spots for free activities in the afternoon:
βΆ "Little Kamakura" same lakeside road (navigate to Jingshan Sunset Viewing Point)
β· Wisteria waterfall of the Millennium Luohan Temple (in full bloom in April!)
βΈ Lake and cafe Β· Best sunset viewing platform (remember to order jasmine dirty)
β οΈ [Must-have list summarized with blood and tears]
β
Sunscreen three-piece set: sunglasses/ice sleeves/empty top hat (cycling is really sunny!)
β
Mosquito repellent black technology: The camp provides mosquito coils, but the wild mosquitoes are super fierce
β
Day and night temperature difference artifact: light down jacket + sunscreen shirt layered yyds
β
Photo scheming props: straw woven bag + floral skirt = circle of friends harvester
π‘ [Unexpected bonus details]
βοΈ The tent is equipped with a Muji aromatherapy machine and eye mask
β There is a photographer following the ride (received retouched photos the next day)
β A thermos cup of good night sweet soup will appear at the door of the tent every night
πΈ [Moments copywriting is ready]
"In the folds of Taihu Lake, find the lost breath of the working class"
"30km of chasing the wind, riding out the joy of a million-dollar annual salary"
"Confirmed, it is a fairy team building worth working overtime for three months"
Finally, I want to say... Looking at the boss who was still helping us add charcoal in the early hours of the morning, I suddenly felt that the capitalist didn't seem so hateful (bushi). After all, being able to come up with the idea of changing the KPI meeting into a lakeside morning run is really a little genius πβοΈπ¨
