[Australia] Queen Victoria Building: antique features, a must-visit spot

#Australia must-visit check-in spots
Queen Victoria Building, whose full name is Queen Victoria Building, is also simply referred to as QVB. It is a classical and elegant Romanesque building with stained glass windows, glass dome, wooden and iron railings, tiled floors, etc., which are all antique features. QVB retains its 19th century appearance, with delicate Victorian features such as colonnades, arches, railings and rotundas. The most eye-catching is the central dome, with a transparent glass skylight that brings in a lot of natural light into the building.

There are two hanging clocks in the center, namely The Royal Clock and The Great Australian Clock. The Great Australian Clock is located on the north side and is 10 meters long. It is the largest hanging clock in the Southern Hemisphere. The clock is covered with pictures recording Australian history.
