Vietnam's Unique Terraced Fields

Ta Xua Peak, with an altitude of over 2,800 meters, is one of the highest peaks in Vietnam. It is located in Bac Yen District (Son La Province) and borders Yen Bai District (Yen Bai City). Situated 240 kilometers from Hanoi, Ta Xua Peak enjoys a cool climate year-round and is a renowned destination for cloud watching from October to April.

The terrain of Ta Xua Peak is narrow and steep, with treacherous roads on both sides. Besides traveling by motorcycle or car, you can also hike to Ta Xua Peak from Yen Bai District or Son La Province, with routes varying in length.
