10:00 Depart from Hongmen
10:10 Ticket check at Wanxian Tower (Pay respects to heroes at the Martyrs' Monument)
11:30 Arrive at Water Curtain Cave (Dry season, no water)
12:30 Hutian Pavilion → Huima Ridge (Steep slope warning)
13:00 Mid-Heaven Gate (Cable car transfer station, but keep hiking!)
14:00 Yunbu Bridge → Five Ministers Pine (Ancient tree ennobled by Emperor Qin Shi Huang)
14:30 Ultimate challenge: Eighteen Bends (1,600 steps, 60° incline)
15:00 Summit at South Heaven Gate (4-hour climb)
15:30 Jade Emperor Peak 1545M (Du Fu's poetry vibes!)
📸Must-visit spots:
- "Chong Er" stone carving (Qianlong Emperor's "Boundless Romance" pun)
- Bixia Temple (Pray for national peace)
- Tang Cliff Inscriptions (Millennium-old imperial calligraphy)
