Yushan Scenic Area 🏯

We climbed into Yushan Scenic Area just as the morning mist curled around the ancient pines and stone steps, the air cool and laced with the scent of moss and earth 🌲⛅🪨. The path wound gently upward, flanked by weathered rock formations and quiet pavilions that seemed to float in the fog. Every few turns, the trees parted to reveal Fuzhou’s skyline far below, faint and shimmering like a city inside a dream.

At the summit, the White Pagoda stood in solemn grace, its silhouette sharp against the shifting clouds 🏯🌫️🕊️. We paused there, listening to the quiet a stillness broken only by the occasional birdcall or the distant toll of a temple bell. Yushan didn’t demand attention; it invited reflection, the kind of place where nature, history, and the slow rhythm of footsteps all moved together, softly reminding you to look both out and inward 🚶♂️🍃🔭.
