Zhanlu Terrace, Taishan Mountain Top

Exploring Taishan Mountain, Shandong - n.8:
Zhanlu Terrace 瞻鲁台
It is a long flat terrace where three characters "Zhanlutai" are engraved on the platform, implying that Qufu of the state of Lu which is the home state of Confucius can be seen from here.
This is the place where the story tells that Confucius went and saw his country and said: “The world is small”.
One the top spots in Taishan Mountain Top.
There is a gate to pass through to access the platform, a round shape gate for scenographic shots. This is also one of the best place to watch the sunrise…it is very crowded…go there early!
