It's a signature dish, the soup is superb 😛!
It is made with Jinhua ham and chicken
It's very flavorful without adding MSG, I won't feel thirsty even after drinking it🤤🤤
The three treasures are three each of Feng Cheng dumplings, wontons, and catfish balls
All are handmade by the owner and chef
The dumplings have thin skin and lots of filling. They even wrap two shrimps. The shrimp meat is fresh and sweet😋
There are also asparagus and wood ear threads, which are very refreshing to bite
Wontons and dumplings taste almost the same, just as full of ingredients😜!
The proportion of shrimp to meat is more, the shrimp flavor is more prominent than the pork flavor
The catfish balls have a fishy taste but not fishy, not very bouncy but the meat is not moldy at all
The best part is that there are no broken fish bones at all, which I sincerely praise
