Recommended accommodation in Taichung | Yelu Hotel. Tea House

【High-quality accommodation near the train station】
Taichung City is actually quite large, and waiting for the bus takes a lot of time, so I mainly rely on my feet and taxis to get around. Fortunately, I stayed in a hotel on the roadside of the train station this time, so I could walk to any restaurant I wanted to eat. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was satisfied with my stay.

Exit Taichung Train Station, near the bus station, cross the road and walk to the right to the end to reach the hotel. The old Taichung Railway Station has now become a tourist attraction, and there is a market on holidays, which is very convenient to go shopping and take pictures nearby. In addition, Miyahara Eye Clinic and Sun Cake Street are both within walking distance. I heard that the hotel is being renovated and will have a new look by the end of the year. I think the current lobby is already very grand, and I look forward to it going to the next level.

All Yelusu hotels are environmentally friendly hotels, and some supplies will not be placed in the room. If you need them, you can pick them up when you check in.
The rooms will not provide bottled water, and there is a water dispenser on each floor for self-service water, which is very suitable for people like me who drink a lot of water every day.

This time I stayed in a high-rise deluxe double room. The room is elegantly designed and spacious. I was reluctant to leave. There are water bottles in the room. You can go out and fill a bottle and drink it slowly. I reserved two bottles of bottled water/tea, and filled two bottles back to the room for one night. When I walked into the bathroom, I found that the view was very good. I stayed in a room with a bathtub, so I could take a bath at night. The high-rise room can see the scenery of Taichung City. I think the small house is quite cute. The shower room is behind the toilet door. I didn’t see it when I walked in for the first time. The bath and shampoo products are Taiwanese brands that go up the mountain to collect herbs. They are very common in Taiwanese hotels and are of good quality.

There used to be a public space in the basement. If a group of people come to find a place to gather, they can use it freely. Tea and snacks are currently available, and there may be breakfast later.

I woke up and found that the board at the head of the bed can be opened, so I took a few check-in photos. It’s really nice to be lazy and watch movies in the hotel on Sunday. I hope I can travel to Taiwan again soon.
