So far, this is my favorite autumn small town, but I'm really afraid it will become too popular

Who understands😭 This ancient village in southern Anhui is simply stunning in autumn, like a divine masterpiece!!
Morning mist, afternoon sunshine, evening cooking smoke…
Amid the bluestone paths and white walls with black tiles and horse-head walls,
it’s like a “never-ending seasonal ink painting,” romantic and healing~

This is 📍Xidi Village, Huangshan, Anhui
Late autumn is peak season for visiting. If you’re planning to come, quickly save this 🌟 I’ve summarized these 📷 photo spots👇 guaranteed great shots~

🚶|My travel route:
Mingjing Lake ➟ Paifang Square ➟ Boxinyunshe ➟ Youqiting Rice Fields ➟ Ruiyuting ➟ East Garden/West Garden ➟ Gulaibqiao Bridge ➟ Qingyun Alley ➟ Embroidery Building ➟ Viewing Platform
-
📷|Remember the spots, avoid crowds during peak season
📍Youqiting: Photos 1, 4
Stand in the rice field path with Huizhou-style architecture behind; friends can also shoot through the round window behind the pavilion for great shots
·
📍Paifang Square: Photos 2, 16
Fewer tourists in the morning, stand under the Mingjing Lake paifang, friends shoot from across the street, the morning glow and mist are breathtaking, shoot the corn dragon under the paifang
·
📍Xidi Story Street: Photos 3, 17
Main tourist street, be sure to come early in the morning for fewer people! The whole street with white walls and black tiles has a great layered weathered look, lanterns hanging high, the atmosphere is perfect
·
📍The alley from Mingjing Primary School to Linxi Villa: Photos 6-9
Walk along the alley and shoot, small bridges, flowing water, ancient alleys and houses arranged in an orderly way, lean against walls, sit on bridges, walk on the road… all good for photos
·
📍Gulai Bridge/Yiren Alley/Riverside Cultural Shops: Photos 10-12
In another alley
On the white wall beside Gulai Bridge is carved “Only this Xidi, ancient mark”
Shoot the climbing ivy at the stone gate of Yiren Alley, and the carp lantern at the cultural shop entrance
·
📍Qingyun Alley: Photo 13
A narrow alley full of lanterns and paper umbrellas, the light and shadow are stunning

❗️Some travel tips:
▪️The rice is already yellow and hasn’t been harvested yet, don’t miss it
▪️Every Friday at 7:00 PM there is a lantern parade, every Saturday at 7:00 PM there is an intangible cultural heritage bench dragon parade 🐲 If you come on weekends, don’t miss it

🚘|Transportation:
Take the high-speed train to "Yixian East," then a 10-minute taxi ride; "Huangshan North" also has shuttle buses
Nearby are Hongcun, Lucun, Tachuan, etc., all worth visiting and not far away
Public buses to each place are very convenient, self-driving is also an option…
🎫 Visit multiple places at once, don’t buy tickets separately, combo tickets are much more cost-effective
