The discovery of Pleistocene whale fossils is designed with an entrance model of an ancient gate made from whale bones (torii gate at Eluanbi Shrine), which is a result of Japanese colonial culture, whale hunting and using bones to build archways.

🌊 Exhibition Concept
The exhibition combines simulations of geological rock layers that are sources of fossils and whale habitats in the ocean. 🪨➡️🌊 Starting from rocky mountains and rock layers showing fossil discovery information, gradually changing to the deep blue tones of the sea that tell the story of whale life.
