Taichung Exclusive: Must-See Summer 2025 Exhibition

'Net & String Taichung'

This time, I made a special trip to Taichung for the 2025 summer exhibition at the CMP Block Museum of Arts, titled 'Net & String Taichung.' The exhibition space isn't very large, but it features two immersive interactive installations created specifically for Taichung: 'Net Taichung' and 'String Taichung.'

'Net Taichung' is a suspended net structure that visitors can step on to move around or perform small actions (though honestly, stepping on the net can be a bit painful 😂). On the other hand, 'String Taichung' draws inspiration from the parallel lines repeatedly seen in the rooftop contours of the CMP Block Museum. It offers a different perspective from every angle, and I personally love this piece—it's also very photogenic!

📌 Note that the exhibition requires online reservations and ticket purchases in advance. While there is a limit on the number of visitors, this ensures a comfortable overall experience. If you're interested, make sure to book your spot soon!
